The thought of building a new home was somewhat daunting after previous experiences, however, the moment we had our first meeting with Rockwood, we knew that this time it would be different. The knowledge and enthusiasm that Allison brought to the sales experience was infectious and the quiet confidence from Ben was a constant reassurance that we were in good hands. From the design process with Kendra, Jennifer, Kaitlin and Tamara, to the moment we walked into our new villa, all of our expectations were met or exceeded. Yes there were of course issues along the way, but every time an issue was discovered, the team was focused on getting it resolved as efficiently and painlessly as possible. We were told that the trades’ team was the best in the business (don’t they all) but this was no idle promise. The trades’ people take an honest pride in the quality of their work and this is borne out in the quality of the finish.We continue to be impressed by Rockwood as we live in our new home, from the quality of workmanship to the response to deficiencies, it remains first class.
