Keith & Kathy

We have built several homes throughout our lives, and building with Rockwood was very unique. It was a smooth and almost effortless endeavor. From the very first meeting to the incredible ‘reveal’, the Rockwood team treated our Villa like they were building it for themselves. They provided great suggestions and design choices that gave our Villa a very personal touch. They have acquired a very efficient and high caliber group of sub trades, who interact with each other and as a result add to the efficient process. Follow-up, since we have moved in, has also been unique, in that they have not “gone away” after handing over the keys and have worked quickly to eliminate all deficiencies. We would not hesitate to recommend Rockwood!
