The greatest compliment we can offer to Alison Grafton and the Rockwood team is, if we were asked “Would you choose to build with Rockwood again?”, our immediate response would be “Absolutely!!” From our initial meeting with Alison to the celebratory handover we were made to feel very special. Our experience with every aspect of the building experience was first class. Special credit to Jennifer and Kaitlin who showed such incredible patience with us and because of their experience, creativity and talents were able to bring the vision of our new home to life. They took the time to listen and understand who we were, our interests and our needs. After each and every meeting with them, we felt energized and excited with the proposals and ultimately the decisions that were shaping our new home. The attention to detail and the quality of workmanship delivered by The Rockwood design team and subsequently the trades, was outstanding. Special mention also needs to be made of Gary whose tireless work ethic, experience and “can do” attitude was always most reassuring.

Probably the most impressive aspect of our building experience was the positive energy we felt from every member of the Rockwood team. We were always met with a warm, genuine smile and made to feel comfortable whether at their offices or on site. Allison, you have so much to be proud of but especially the culture you have created among your entire team and how that reflects back onto your clients. Congratulations on being the best!!
