Rockwood’s budget forecasting was exceedingly accurate, and once we were provided with a move-in date, this date did not change. We are so thankful that we did not have to worry about massive cost overruns or timeline delays during our build. Rockwood also swooped in and saved the day when the landscaper we had hired was unable to complete our project. Within a few days, Rockwood had secured another landscaper for us and had them begin work immediately, so that our home would be completely ready for us on our move-in date.

Throughout the process, communication between our family and Rockwood was strong. The team, Chris, Kaitlin and Breanne listened and responded promptly to any concerns, and our team was always available to us. Rockwood operates with complete transparency.
