What impressed us in particular was that for every problem that was encountered, a solution was presented at the same time the problem was discussed.

Our building experience with Rockwood exceeded our expectations on all levels. Integrity and quality best captures the unique company that Allison has created. Our building project was extremely complicated and spanned over the course of 13 months.  Throughout this period, Rockwood ensured that we were well educated at every stage of the building phase.

What impressed us in particular was that for every problem that was encountered, a solution was presented at the same time the problem was discussed.  The billing process was seamless and the level of detail provided assured us that any expenditure made was accounted for and supporting materials readily provided.

Any questions we might have had were addressed in a timely and professional manner.  Whenever we arrived on site, we were always greeted with a smile and an update by whomever might have been there at the time.

From the stone and woodwork on the outside of the home to the spindles on the staircase, the exceptional craftsmanship of the Rockwood team is evident. During the design phase, we were very confident in the design team’s vision for the different spaces.  Allison had a strong sense of what we wanted in the home and much of the colour selection, furniture design and selection, and all window coverings and drapery were selected and/or created by Rockwood’s design team. The result is better than we could have possibly imagined.

The expertise and attention to detail is apparent throughout our home, which exhibits a flow and functionality that is unsurpassed. Allison has become a dear friend to us and I am certain not many people who have undergone a renovation of any size can say that.
