We were originally introduced to Rockwood and Allison Grafton, Founder and President, through a mutual friend. During our initial meeting it became apparent Allison managed and guided a very successful company. Allison’s business acumen, vision and attention to detail were important attributes that help us make our decision to build with Rockwood.

Originally we were going to build a villa with Rockwood, but talking with the Rockwood team and reviewing some of their future projects, we decided to build a new home in an area called Lazy H in Springbank. We have never regretted that decision!

We had previously built and renovated prior homes with other builders, so we thought we knew what to expect. This new build at Lazy H was going to be a 16 month process, from drafting to construction and possession. After our first meeting at their Corporate office with Korey Davis, project manager, and the other members of the Rockwood team, we were completely “blown away” with the team’s knowledge, enthusiasm and overall experience! The team’s ability to provide us building options, product selections with varying price points, were invaluable and strengthened our confidence we were with the correct home builder! The whole 16 month build process was seamless, the team never disappointed us and their enthusiasm was contagious!

We have now taken possession of our beautiful home and Rockwood’s attention to client service still continues. Any post possession issues have been addressed immediately with very competent trades people under the direction of Rockwood amazing staff and our project manager Korey.

In closing, this project started as another house build, it ended for us as a beautiful HOME! Thank you, Rockwood Team!
