Now that we have settled into our new Rockwood home, we feel compelled to share with you how truly satisfied we were with the entire building experience.

After purchasing our building site, we were having difficulty finding a quality home builder who offered all aspects of home construction from initial architectural design through final interior design under one roof. Fortunately, it was through a trusted business acquaintance that we were first introduced to Allison and her outstanding team at Rockwood. From our initial meetings and after several tours of homes at various stages of completion, it was obvious to us that Rockwood offered a much superior product. Having been in the construction industry for over 40 years, I was impressed by their approach to project management. Rockwood actually ran their projects in a similar fashion to larger commercial or industrial projects. It only made sense, given the complexity and scale of most of the homes they construct.

Moving forward from that point, we were amazed at how painless the whole building process was. Our project involved demolition of an existing structure and constructing our new home within an established community. Rockwood brought together some of the most skilled trade’s people, project managers, namely Cody who was our lead PM along with Dave’s oversight and support, and designers, Lindsey, Sarah and Tamara – a best in class design team, to create a home that vastly exceeded our expectations! Thanks to the dedication and knowledge of all involved, our project was completed on schedule and within the estimated budget.
