Growth in 2013 resulted in part from new sales streams. In addition to Rockwood’s regular sales stream of high-end custom homes, we’ve also started to build exclusive multi-home developments…we are creating beautiful, unique and functional communities in the city of Calgary. Last year we launched Mountain Pine Estates and Elveden Heights Estates, two developments that offer uncompromised quality and integrity to home buyers. Continued focus on communities like these will form the cornerstone of our future growth strategy.
Building on a strong 2013, Rockwood’s momentum continues to grow. Demand for Rockwood custom homes is higher than ever. Just recently, Rockwood also launched its Ironwood division focused on multi-family constructions that are more affordably priced than Rockwood’s other builds, but still offer a high level of quality and value for its clients.
