Cathy & Rob

Our vision was clear from the beginning: a gorgeous bungalow with a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces—and Rockwood delivered! Expanding our living area to include the outdoors—with in-floor heating, a louvered roof, and full protection from the elements—was a major feature we wanted to incorporate. We also wanted to maximize our mountain views with 14.5-foot vaulted, upward-sloping wood beams.

The Rockwood team truly prioritized our vision, sourcing the highest quality materials wherever possible and thoughtfully including provisions for when our adult kids return to visit—whether throughout the year or during special occasions.

Every space in our home feels unique. Without the vision and expertise of Rockwood Custom Homes, in partnership with the talented Dean Thomas architect team, and Rockwood’s incredible design, interior decorating, and construction teams, we wouldn’t be living out our dream.

We absolutely love our new home—and wouldn’t change a thing!
