President of Rockwood
Allison Grafton
Allison Grafton is the dynamic president and founder of Rockwood Custom Homes. In 2009, she turned her passion into a business. Previously an investment banker, Allison has uniquely combined her financial know-how with her keen design eye to lead the best-in-class, luxury residential construction company. Today, with a team of 45 employees and collaborating with over 500 contractors, Rockwood has firmly established itself as an industry trailblazer under Allison’s guidance.
As the president of Rockwood, Allison is widely recognized as a strong Canadian female leader and entrepreneur. Featured in both local and national media, Allison is a distinguished speaker, frequently sharing her wisdom on leadership and business.
Most recently, Allison was a recipient of the 2025 Calgary Influential Women in Business Award; in 2024 Allison was presented with the Business in Calgary Legacy Leadership Award. She has also won several prestigious awards such as RBC Women of Influence Momentum Award in 2015, she was inducted into the WXN Hall of Fame in 2016 and in 2019 she won the Upsurge Entrepreneur Award.
