Allison Grafton shares her advice with Women of Influence

Rockwood’s Allison Grafton was recently honoured with the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award. Along with 17 colleagues, Allison was selected from over 5,000 nominees to become a finalist for the awards. Together, the 18 finalists manage more than 2,300 employees and over $190 million in gross profit.
Allison recently spoke to Women of Influence and offered her best advice that she’d share with a room full of aspiring entrepreneurs.
